I have lived in the town homes for about 3 years. Over this time, staff have been very reasonable, respectful, and responsive. I have had minimal negative experiences with those living near me. The only negatives have to do with a few of the policies related to payment. I would recommend this place to live!

The staff here are pretty nice and easy to contact and get ahold of. Been living in their apartments for two years now with little complaints to none!
These apartments are relatively inexpensive, near gas/ groceries/ hospitals/ a cell tower/ a mall.The grounds are kept and tgere is a seasonal swimming pool.
Just a few words about this company since I have been living in one of their properties ( ********** apartments ) for a while now, it literally is very comfortable living here. Must give it a shot folks.
Today, my wife and I and our pug dog Roxie renewed our apartment lease at Delaware on Primrose for a 9th year. The staff thru the years have been friendly and most helpful. We are close to businesses and freeways. If you seek a nice place to live, start here .
