The Wooten Co. took over for our apartment complex here in Battlefield or Southwest Springfield rather and they have totally been probably the worst landlords I’ve ever seen or had in my life! They have raised the rent three times in the last year it feels like at least in the last two years. Their pet policy is freaking ridiculous. They won $1000 deposit for any pets plus extra rent every month. LMAO. Not to mention if anything goes wrong in your apartment and needs fixed. My parents have lived in Oak Court Apartments in Republic, Mo for the last 7 years. They are conveniently located to Walmart, Aldis, groceries, doctors, pharmacy, dentist, eye doctors and many restaurants. Republic is a growing community that has alot of new growth with the addition of Amazon that is creating new jobs. Republic has great schools, a new water park and many parks and trails. Wooten continues to be an excellent company to satisfy all of your rental needs. The properties are well kept and very spacious. The staff is always available to help with any concerns. Angelique E. 11/12/24.
I have lived in the town homes for about 3 years. Over this time, staff have been very reasonable, respectful, and responsive. I have had minimal negative experiences with those living near me. The only negatives have to do with a few of the policies related to payment. I would recommend this place to live!
