My name is Tina. I have lived at the Oak Court Luxury Apartments owned by the Wooten company for 5 years now and it used to be a lovely place to live. The application process was smooth and there was always a friendly staff member in the on-site office during business hours to help tenants as needed. The Wooten Co. has been great To me and my family. They are easy to work with, and when an issue arises or something needs fixed they were hard to resolve it.
We stay at Polo Club apartments for the past few years and have been pretty happy. The manager is very friendly and helpful. We have also had a few maintenance issues that were resolved quickly.
I have loved the renting experience at Seminole Apartments. The manager is amazing to work with and the maintence team helps out at any time. Very lucky to rent from them!

My name is Robert Newland. I've lived here for almost 25 years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. The management and maintenance are a great team. They really take care of business in a timely manner and always very kindly. They have brought this place back to life. They are professional, yet very friendly. I see them walking the property and getting work done, but always have a moment to say something kind and to pet the doggies on property. I really would recommend this place.
