We have been living in the Quail Ridge townhomes for a year and absolutely love it. Even though our house is right beside a major highway, it is well insulated and the outside noise is undetectable. They are pet friendly and our townhouse is the perfect size for two adults and two cats. The office staff is always kind and helpful with any issues we may have, and maintenance is quick and efficient with any repairs we may need. Great staff! They go the extra mile for their tenants. Local business are within walking distance. Also several schools are within walking distance. I will renew my lease again this year!
I have lived in a Wooten Company complex for 4 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I think the price is very affordable and I feel safe living where I do. I would definitely recommend leasing with The Wooten Company!
Very friendly staff, spacious apartments and townhomes. I first lived in quail ridge apartments for 5 yrs very spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath. Know I live in the townhomes 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, partial basement, wood deck. Close to schools and within distance of stores. So if you have pets and kids move to quail ridge apartments and townhomes.
