Great Company to rent for, super helpful!
Been living at Wooten Company properties for a few years now. Love renting from them. They are fair, welcoming, helpful, and responsive. They offer great amenities, and apartments that honestly feel like home. I recommend The Wooten Company to anyone looking to move in Springfield.
I love Grandview Village Apartment managed by them! The location is unbeatable for school, the maintenance is always swift, and our new property manager is so lovely! Also, communication (whether that be for Covid-19 updates or just general information) is always quick and easy to understand! So excited for my second year here!

Living here at Quail Ridge East, a Wooten Company Apartments and Town Homes for over 10 years. I truly do call this place home. Continues to be close to everything I need in in this area. Schools, stores, banks, movies even close to where I work. Quick Access to Hwy 65 as well. Management Office Staff and Maintenance have been great! I really appreciate their help and concern with the property here at Quail Ridge East for those of us that call it home.

The Wooten company has had consistent communication with me and walked me through the whole process of moving in, the apartments are kept clean and the yard is always taken care of. I’d recommend them to anyone!
