I have lived in a wooten company apartment for close to 3 years. The staff is always nice and will work with you if you need it.
The Wooten Company is a decent apartment manager, it's clean and treats its residents with respect. One of the many benefits of living in one of the Wooten Company's apartment complex is that it allows pets to live on the property and is located near a animal clinic, it even provides for the apartment buildings regular maintenance.
