We have lived in Dryden Place for a little over a year, and we have no complaints. We love it here, very spacious, quiet, and the appliances are in great shape. We would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom with lots of space and for a great price!

I've been with Wooten Company for almost 5 years now. Started at Delaware on Primrose (DOP), Oakwood Townhomes, and currently Quail Ridge East apartments. Out of all of these properties, I've only had one issue at Oakwood Townhomes and that was with the landlord changing every few months. That made getting problems resolved difficult because staff changed so frequently. They had one person to manage all the townhomes, which I'm sure was a lot to handle for them. I rent an apartment with the Wooten Company and I have had a great experience with them. I've been living here for just about a year and I have had no issues. The staff is always friendly, and I love where I live!

I rent from one of their property's and have had a great experience. The manager is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff has been prompt and has fixed whatever issues I've had. I'm signing my second lease.
