Great staff! They go the extra mile for their tenants. Local business are within walking distance. Also several schools are within walking distance. I will renew my lease again this year!
I have worked with Wooten Company for four years. I have never had any major issues and they are always quick to help if I need something repaired, even after hours. I have thoroughly enjoyed living in Wooten properties and would recommend to anyone!

I live in a property run by Wooten Co. and I recommend to everyone looking for an apartment to rent through Wooten Co. I think it’s a good company that takes care of their renters! They have excellent staff and apartments from what I have experienced.
I have lived at a Wooten Co property for 4.5 yrs and have had a positive experience this far. Any time I have had issues, the management and maintenance teams have been quick to address it. Overall it has been a good experience so far.

The company is pretty good to work with and the property is nice.
I have lived at the Field Apartments for two years now, and am still as satisfied with my experience as when I moved in! The property management team has been great to work with, and is always making sure everyone is well taken care of. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly, and the grounds are kept very nicely. I am so glad I chose the Field Apartments to make my home for the past two years!
