I am so sadden by the lack of professionalism from this company and their lack of compassion about their tenants during these uncertain times. My father is in Cobblestone 55 and older apartments. During the year and half that he has been living there, the complex has been under major on going renovations. He is unable to use his patio area because of support beams had to be put in place to hold up the deck above him. My daughter and I have been living here for almost a year we have been super happy with our overall experience they were very nice about my daughter's cat no one said a thing about him being a black cat the apartment is very spacious and I have to say I was impressed that we haven't had a single bug problem in the entire time we have been here thankfully anytime we have had a problem within a day they have come out and fixed it
I have lived at the Briarwood village apartment for going on three years and I find it to be very friendly.
You cannot beat their pricing and their locations! They also keep professional and super friendly staff in their offices. The ones at Quail Ridge East are amazing any time I am in there to pick up a package!

Wooten company is a great place for apartment searching; they are very helpful when it comes to finding the right fit for you! They have many affordable apartments that are all well kept! Very happy we went with them!!
I have had family and myself work with this company to gain a place to live. They are very helpful people and work really well with helping you to live in one of their properties. They do an extensive background search which helps to keep the people that live in their locations safe as possible, one of the many things I appreciate about their company. Thank You. I have found this place to be amazing to live. My neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Staff is helpful and courteous. You will love it here :)
