Love the place the pool the work out room it's all awesome
We have lived in Dryden Place for a little over a year, and we have no complaints. We love it here, very spacious, quiet, and the appliances are in great shape. We would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom with lots of space and for a great price!

I've been with Wooten Company for almost 5 years now. Started at Delaware on Primrose (DOP), Oakwood Townhomes, and currently Quail Ridge East apartments. Out of all of these properties, I've only had one issue at Oakwood Townhomes and that was with the landlord changing every few months. That made getting problems resolved difficult because staff changed so frequently. They had one person to manage all the townhomes, which I'm sure was a lot to handle for them.
