I purchased 90 boxes of ceramic tile and was giving two pellets and 6 boxes of tile. The pellets was different having the same sku but model and colors where different. The flooring company install the wrong tile and this tile is no longer sold by Home Depot also this was not the tile I purchased so Im out of 48 boxes of tile. I was very disappointed with the Home Depot and the contractor they provided me for my kitchen tile install my products were not delivered on time or accurately they do have options for installers there is one installer for the *************** locations ( acs ) and they treat you like they are the only installer I had some tiles installed by a subcontractor to asc and they installed a few tiles that were chipped and after reporting the contractor said I would have to pay to have them replaced which I refused to do . I have a Home Depot credit card and shop there often . I use the card especially for promotions to save on interest. The way they apply the monthly payment is fraudulent. It is unclear and my interest keeps adding up . I call and argue and get no where . I tried to get another credit card to pay off the balance so I can get away from using Home Depot (credit card promo are a scam and you need to be a financial wizard to figure out how to pay it off during the promotional period). I ordered custom made solid wood doors from Home Depot. They were to be painted and according to the manufacturer the boxes were to be opened before they left the store to make sure they were in perfect condition, and if not they had 48 hours to let the manufacturer know of the damages. I purchased a dishwasher online from Home Depot with installation. Reviewing my order, I noticed I was not charged for installation. I do not plan on doing business with The Home Depot ever again. I Ordered a washer and dryer pair through the store over a month ago (Aug. 25th) and I was scheduled for delivery Sept. 28th between 2:30pm - 6:30pm. they canceled through text alert ar 5:03pm.
