If I can give no stars I would. We ordered a few utilities during Labor Day weekend. When it came time for delivery, they did not have our hook *** ready and we ended up rescheduling two more times. Finally on the last attempt, I confirmed with the driver regarding the installation and they stated they had it taken care of. I like shopping at home depot and normally pay cash for all my items that I purchase from that store but I just happen to notices that if you was to applied for a home depot credit card your items that you purchase would allow you a $25.00 to $100.00 savings on there higher cost items so I tried to applied to get that discount but to my surprise the first questions that they asks me was my monthly housing expensives and annual income and I put my information in and didnt qualify that's a first for me I try it twice I guess t... read more

A company too big to care about customers clearly. Long story short, was expecting an appliance delivery, got 2 confirmation texts confirming the delivery date and time. I ordered a refrigerator. I was informed that the delivery window would be from 1-5 pm. At 10:20am the delivery team called to tell me they were 30 minutes away. I told them I was unavailable until 1pm since that was the scheduled time. At 11:00am I received another call from the delivery team that my fridge was defective and they would not deliver it so I needed to call Home Depot. I purchased a Home Depot gift card $100 with cash on September 7, 2023 at ************ store, and I have the receipt with me. We purchased a Maytag convection oven from Home Depot that is only 8 days old and as we decided to use the convection feature (for the first time), the convection does not work at all (oven does not have convection because the fan is DEAD). I paid 650 dollars.... cash... for a husky too box that was still under their 2 year no questions asked warranty when a weld on their top tool chest hinge separated.... my tool box is in imaculate condition to this day.. *** they refused to honor their warranty sayin i have damaged it....i have never filed a claim for my money back nor have i ever went to this length to prove a company is b S. On their word until now.... i will never purchase another husky tool...

Ordered mattress and attempted to return less than a week and was denied. I was told that I made too many returns.
