We ordered the ** front loading stackable wash machine online along with paying for the installation, and removal of our old machine. The gentleman who arrived, were very nice and professional however they said that they did not think they would be able to install because it was a stackable unit. Do not get a credit line with them. The first bill I received came with a $40 late charge. When I called you can not even speak with a homedepot representative. It send you over to citibank and the said it's not there problem I did not receive a previous bill. My purchase was only around $100 and they added a 40% late charge. Ridiculous!

Home Depot stores in ** and southern IN have water testing kits at their stores. The kits you can take home and test your water. You then send your sample my mail to the ********** ** Rainsoft. The office manager at Rainsoft than goes through the mail and calls customers and sets up leads. Office manager might ask quality of water, how many adults and children are in the home. Ordered tool boxes because they had a sale on them. I ordered 4 different kinds but 2 of them were identical. I only recieved 3 of the 4 that I ordered. When I tried to call CS and say I didn't get everything, I talked with one of the least understanding people I've ever talked to in my life. I was told they couldn't send me the rest of my order as it appeared to have been received and if I need to I would need to dispute the charge with my bank which has been an even bigger hassle. Placed an order for a Bosch laser measurer on 10/17/2023 with an estimated delivery date of 10/18/2023. On 10/23/2023 called in as there were not status updates and was told they didn't have an update but would open and case and let me know within 24 hours. Next day (10/24) received an email for HD.com resolutions that a technology glitch stalled the delivery and order would be shipped 10/26 and to count around 5-7 business days for transit. We contracted with Home Depot for cabinet refacing services. Zero of the "perks" to have our cabinets updated occurred. Everything from timeliness, workmanship and material quality was poor. Contacted customer ********************** and was given assurance that their would be some form of compensation when project was FINALLY done. We had tile flooring done in our bathroom. Although there were rough spots I an honestly say that the employees ****** in flooring and ******** who had the tough job of customer ********************** were very capable and competent at there jobs. ****** explained the process and ordering of the flooring and was I believe very knowledgeable in his job.
