If I could give less a 1 star I would. The store Manager **** is your typical guy that likes to talk down to women! He was absolutely rude!! I excpected my washer on 11/11/2023. At 2pm I called the 800 number, and was advised that they knew for 2 hours that it was not coming. I have been waiting for them since 9am. I have shopped at Home Depot for over 35 years and spent thousands of dollars there. I visited the ****************. Home Depot to purchase under counter lighting for our home project. I brought a store credit that we had to use along with my Home Depot credit card. While checking out, I was informed that I had to show my ID. IT IS RARE TO GO INTO HOME DEPO IN ************ IN BROOKLYN AND GET A NICE REPRESENTATIVE.. THEY ARE RUDE AND GHETTO ACTING....THE WOMEN ARE WORSE THAN THE MEN.. Nov. 1, I ordered a Kohler toilet not stocked in the store. ETA to the store on Nov 6th. It arrived the 8th, I was notified via text. I went to the store on the 9th, waited curbside for 20 mins. If I could give zero stars I would- I came to this store to purchase a stove.. with install and the stove the total came out to about $900 and some change. The Home Depot employee told us Home Depot CAN install our stove. The installer came out, started he CAN NOT install the stove, left the stove in the middle of my kitchen and left my home. Made a purchase from the store which was a quick and easy process. Found what I needed. No line. Happy with my purchase of wire fencing. Got it home, started installing it and realized it was only half of the size on the package. I called up the store thinking it was going to be a hassle seeing as though its mostly installed.
