I had countertops installedog in August. Yes, I was out of town when I returned. They installed damaged countertops.And only 2 out of the 3. We're installed after fighting with customer ****************************** came out and repaired.The damaged backsplash and then put a piece of countertop where they've forgotten to put one which is totally mismatched. Warranty customer ********************** is horrible. We purchased and utilized Home Depot for the installation of our hurricane windows / screens etc. we have had issues with a couple windows as well as screens. We have called on numerous occasions for the lifetime warranty. We have yet to have get any support They always say someone will be calling to schedule an appointment and no one ever does. We are getting ready to do some Major remodeling and without a doubt will not use Home Depot for any services.

I purchased a swing set online with an estimated delivery date of 3 days after the purchase. I soon received a delivery update from the manufacturer weeks after the date I received from Home Depot. After speaking with multiple online agents who either thought it was coming from their warehouse or it was being delivered on their date they said, which were both incorrect, were unwilling to find a mutual resolution. Home Depot needs to be held responsible for the times they promote for delivery.

$4000 range purchased online for delivery. Delivered damaged. (AND, for what it is worth, without anti-tip kit installed, literally the most important thing called out in the manual for safety. Home depot is selling soft drink products in ********, charging customers a bottle deposit but not returning the deposit to the customers when they attempt to bring the empties back. This is a scam.
I bought an item for $75.41 on June 10, 2023. I paid my balance in full over the phone on June 26, 2023, and then returned the item on July 15, 2023 for a $75.41 credit that was supposed to be applied to the account. The account was then reported as ******************* September 2023 to TransUnion and Equifax and dropped my credit score by 125 points for both agencies. This false information was reported by Home Depot Credit Card services.
Do not ever order ANYTHING from Home Depot's website. We ordered a microwave that was supposed to be delivered Monday the 18th but was delayed, which is understandable. That night someone called me and told me it would be out ASAP the next day. I told them we wouldn't be home and couldn't sign for it. They said no problem, they will just drop it off no signature needed. The next day Home Depot updates my order and its now moved to Wednesday the 18th. I paid for some one to come from Home Depot (Installation Services) to measure the Closet Doors. After few days a lady came and measured the Closet Doors, and said we will call you by next 2 or 3 business day. After more than two weeks they didnt call me, I tried few times to contact Service department, but no body is there to answer the phone. Well I suggest if you have problem for installation (such as Closet Doors) do not try this people, they are sloppy and careless.
