Ordered a barn door and hardware for one of our rooms on 9/6. Over $900. Debated borrowing a friend's truck and picking it up in-store, or paying for delivery. Opted for delivery since that seemed like an easier option. Was guaranteed by HD that it would arrive on 9/15. Arranged for a handyman to come by that night to install it.9/15 comes, no call, no email. Door never shows up. Handyman comes by, but has no door to install. I would strongly encourage Home Depot customers to look elsewhere for product installation services, whether doors, windows, plumbing, or any other service regarding third-party contractors. The logistical "canyon" between Home Depot and its contract installers is immense. I ordered installation only of a sliding glass door that I have on site, and a representative (a contract employee that I got to pay ***** for) did come out and measure for the job, and all seemed good. Home Depot is no way concerned anymore about customer ********************** or any of there stores managers, nor are they concerned about there competiters prices. I bought a generac ***** kw back on 6/9/21 my electrician at the time gave me the wrong size to buy should have bought ***** kw and now im trying to do that. I place a online order on line on September 4th and we are on September 28th and still have not received it. I called the guest service line and they just gave me the run around. Very disappointed this is the second time that happened to me back to back. Hope depot what is happening here. You going down the drain. I spent ***** dollars and this is the price by ordering on line. Will not recommend it.

Home Depot did not deliver my online order for two months, and then they kept my money, $674, for another month. Clever way to get some cash flow. I wonder how many others have given them an interest-free, 90-day loan?

Hello, I have been a huge fan of Home Depot for many years and have given them a lot of business. A week ago i made a purchase (WG4334****) and at the time of purchase, i was able to find one the products cheaper from a competitor. This isn't the first time that has happened. in the past they would honor the price match. i presented them a list of better prices, however they could only consider 2. Home Depot online has very poor customer **********************. I placed an order for a Sawsall on Sept 17, as the website said the item was in stock and would be delivered by Sept 19. I ordered a Whirlpool stackable washer and dryer. They delivered it and it had a dent in it. I didn't notice it right away because I had company from out of town for a celebration of life.When I did notice it I called Home Depot. The girl confirmed that Whirlpool would take it back with a refund and on that same phone call I asked the woman if I could get another one. She stayed it.
