regarding our purchase of Whirlpool Refrigerator , with the extended warrantee. Asurion was the warrantee company.We called in July ,it took them a few days to call us back. First they said they had no company in our area for service for whirlpool ,then they called back referred us to A&E . they came out on Aug 4, took refrigerator apart ,said they needed to order parts.(did not tell us how many parts nor what the parts were. HOME DEPOT ON ************************************* IN ********* HAS NO CUSTOMER **********************. EVEN THE MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR ARE THE WORST. Very unprofessional place to deal with. No manners and no customer ********************** either,I requested a store order for furnace and ducts cleaning and they came did my ducts only. When I called their supervisor and complained about telling him I had a copy of the initial WO the guy at store gave me the supervisor ignored my claim and said that the work order did not mention furnace maintenance I believe they deliberately did so I call them back and charge me $139.99 for the furnace rather than $258.99 if the technicia... read more

I had a kitchen renovation by Home Depot and it was a nightmare! They messed up my order, installed incorrectly and then got mad at me and said it was my fault regarding the order. I thought I'd try them again and bought a washing machine. Another nightmare! They said the valves leaked and wouldn't install. There is no leak. Would highly recommend clients to look elsewhere when shopping for appliances. As my experience with Home Depot has encouraged me to shop local to avoid poor customer **********************. We ordered a lemon refrigerator in July 2019 with a 5 year extended warranty. 10 service calls later and never resolving the solution, we contacted ** ourselves and within minutes they agreed it was a lemon and gave us a partial refund.We ordered a GE fridge that after extended warranty, came to over **** so delivery day comes, finally after having no fridge for 3 weeks. Don't ever shop with Home Depot for ordering carpet! We are closing on a house and need an appraisal done before the 21st of September. We ordered the carpet in store on September 6, 2023 was told it would be delivered on September 13th. They they rescheduled for September 18th; they again rescheduled for the 21st, then again for the 25th and now again for the 26th. Are you serious! After hearing horror stories about disreputable duct cleaning services we ordered from Home Depot thinking that they were insured and would provide a legitimate service. First of all the technician was scheduled for 9:00 am but did not show up until 3:00 pm. Once they did they set up quickly but informed me of 'up-sell' services including furnace cleaning for $189. I'm writing in the hopes that this situation can finally be resolved. The subject order (there should only be one, why are there two?) was placed on 4/30 and delivered 5/5. The Bosch machine was advertised as "whisper quiet" but was obnoxiously loud so I initiated a return and ordered the KitchenAid (WB45045351) which was installed 5/11.
