Home Depot is a bully. They reduce your credit limit if you do not use the card even if your history is stellar and you have a zero balance. I closed a commercial and personal account because of this rude practice. I will go out of my way not to shop at Home Depot moving forward because there are other options. I will spend my money when I want to and not when they tell me to.

**************** wanted extra money to complete delivery. Home Depot has delivered to this location many times. Yet this delivery company KNEW the address they had to deliver to but still brought the same delivery truck that they have used before with no issues. When they arrived they walked up to my wife, ** on a business trip up north, and demanded that they just drop off the appliances today and for them to come back on Tuesday. I tried to edit to a credit card payment and the payments won't load. The automated phone service can't help. Everything online directs me to the automated phone service. I cannot get a real person on the automated phone no matter which the direction I go. Literally tried for an hour!!Customer ********************** from a real person is non-existent

Went to local store in *******, ****. Purchased a dewalt hedge trimmer during the bare tool during promotion of being a battery and charger with purchase. Checked online page to make sure tool said it was part of promotion. When I went to check out at register was told sorry it doesn't ring up like that and we don't sell that item here in store, but I was in store and got item off store shelf. Just had new appliances delivered , refrigerator had a dent. Just very frustrating We have to wait another week to get a new one. Also wasn't able to hook up new dishwasher because a plumber has to come first. Still not sure on that because line's are fine.

Dishwasher leaked hours after installation Precaution(s)I have taken was to turn off electric power and shut off the water underneath the sink once the leak was discovered. Install took place beginning o/a 1:00 PM 9/5/2023 and completed o/a 2:30 P.M. Installation was provided by Home Depot (3rd party contractor, I'm not sure). Installers started the dishwasher and left 10 minutes into the cycle. I didn't notice any leak until 6:30P.M when I heard water splashing on the floor. Ordered a toilet from them, paid $55 for it to be delivered Aug 29 never got delivered. Never reached out or let me know, told me it was going to be delivered that following Saturday when I called. Saturday came around, nothing. Called and now ** being told it going to be delivered Sept 6, never got the toilet. Reached again, no explanation or anything.. filed another missing item case and still havent received an answer but they were quick to charge my credit card and take my money. I purchase cabinets for 14,17 0 on July 20, 2023. They were due to arrive Sept 18,. 2023, which is in 2 weeks. I contacted them to get a status of when I should expect them, and they told me my order was canceled July 10th by the manufacturer because they no longer carried the door style. My checked cleared and no one contacted me about a refund. In order to get a refund, the store puts in for it, but the refund comes from their headquarters in the form of a check. Which can take up to 6 weeks. I have other projects schedule... read more

Very under staffed at the store on *********** in ******* ********. Every time I go to the front end.when I would like to talk to the manager. The very rude women either dont answer the phone and let it ring. Or they hang up and dont answer at all. And when they do answer they are very ********************. Im going to start shopping at Lowes home improvement even though they are 5 miles away and Home Depot is right around the corner.
