Do not use Home Depot for any appliance purchase. If I could give a 0 I would. Two refrigerators installed and both were dented in the process. Now I have a damaged refrigerator in my kitchen. I also had the microwave installed and they installed it wrong. The only installation that went right was the stove (easy). Home Depot online buying experience was the worst. Found what I thought was a great deal online, returned another saw drill set for this deal. I took a screen shot of my checkout summary to show my husband what a great price on the set I found him. Did the click click on my phone to complete the order. Been with Home Depot for many years. Purchasing over 10K las years but will switch to ********. Customer ********************** really bad and not professional. It is the reason why many Home Depot location closed in the past years. Their future may be the same Bath Bath and Beyond.

Your Seed Program Reviews are ridiculous. I was reading reviews of a ceiling fan and all the review pictures were of the fan still in the box, or just the unopened box itself! If your going to pay people to leave you good reviews, which is unethical but you do it anyway, at least have them install it. Completely absurd.

I ordered 3 pallets of tile that was delivered on May 10th. There was a lot of broken tile and I was on the phone with them within 5 minutes to have it picked up. I have called or texted or emailed nearly daily for hours at a time. Every time I call it is a different person and I have to start again. I did get another order in the mean time, but am still waiting for them to pick up the broken tile and refund me. I placed a custom blinds order in May for my new home purchase. This would be my 4th home with home depot doing my blinds. When talking with the designer I let her know we will be renovating the home and the windows would be being changed and she advised it wouldn't be an issue.
