I ordered floors online and they were supposed to be shipped to the store. The store has no idea what happened and are not concerned with helping me with a solution to locate the floors. I was only given the option to cancel the order or pay for shipping to my home.

i have been dealing with the new rebate process since May. They have emailed me a number of times saying they have approved my rebate and I will receive another email to claim my rebate. I never received the email. After numerous attempts they wanted me to create a new email although all our correspondence was over my current email address. After months of trying they finally send me a code, which expires in 15 minutes, and no email to enter the code.

I was racially discriminated against when returning a tool, and unjustly assessed a $200 cleaning fee. Apparently they must need money. I want a refund immediately.

I will never do any kind of business with Home Depot again. Customer ********************** is absolutely awful. The Stove I bought will be returned. The burners started rusting less than 3 weeks. I had to go into their store because I couldn't get anyone to call be about the doors which were measured over three weeks ago. This has been a nightmare. From July 17th this very day. I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased an ** washer and dryer on July 11, 2023. The washer and dryer were damaged during delivery. I contacted Home Depot that evening to let them know and they said they would offer me a $25.00 credit for each appliance or I would need to contact ** to get it covered under my warranty. In the meantime, my dryer would only dry on the very dry cycle at high heat. I ordered from Home Depot.com on July 20th. I purchased a tiller for ****** out the door. Delivery was going to take a while, but at that price I couldnt argue. The scheduled day of delivery was 8/4/23. It shipped and so I waited.
