bought a refrigerator and paid up front for it. it was damaged when it arrived, so it had to go back. i was told i would be contacted within 24 hours about a replacement. never happened. i called at least 10 times, and no one can get any info because all they tell me is the delivery people don't answer the phone. finally i was told another unit was to be delivered and i would be contacted. It never came. so finally i asked for a refund for something i paid for and was never delivered after two weeks waiting. Now they say i h... read more

On particular items not posted at merchandise. Prices posted as each tile but not returnable if tiles not all used. Bought 2 boxes because short 2 tiles at ***** a box. Rest of box non refundable.no where is that indicated. And no one at Home Depot cares.I tried to return these tiles on Sunday Aug.27. They had manager by name of ***** come to front. I placed an online order for home delivery. A few days later my order hadn't arrived and the website was now showing out of stock. Looking at the tracking number, *** shows the label has been canceled. Why did not trigger an automatic cancelation of the order and refund? Online, there is no option to request a refund for a canceled shipment. I had to call the support number, waste my time listening to options and wait on hold before I finally talked to someone. Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary hidden cost.We purchased new luxury vinyl plank flooring from the ********* Home Depot. We were having our lower level done. They came out took measurements and gave us a quote. The cost was a little less than 10k. We made arrangements and paid in full for the work to be done.The installers, HOM, contacted us to finalize arrangements. They informed us that we had to have an asbestos test done, and replace the subflooring beneath the vinyl floor in our laundry room. Our house was built in... read more

********* was on his lunch break and unloaded cement and cylinders blocks because he knew I was unable to do this. This young man had a heart of gold. He was kind and even took it in the store for me!THANK YOU ********* FROM THE ******** ** STORE!

Home Depot/HOME SERVICES charged US $629 FOR ** NEW HOT WATER TANK BUT THEN CHARGED US $925 DOLLARS FOR INSTALATION AND REMOVAL OF TANK, WHICH ONLY TOOK 45MINS TO COMPLETE THE **** IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A WHOLE LOT CHEAPER TO HIRE A LOCAL PLUMBER TO INSTALL INSTEAD OF THEM HIRING A COMPANY FROM A DIFFERENT CITY TO COME INSTALL THE TANK.THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!THEY SHOULD NOT BEABLE TO DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS.

I purchased a washer/dryer to be delivered to my home. On the day that it was to be delivered, the delivery worker came in and said I would need longer parts for installation, which I was unaware of and that he could not install it that day. Purchased a refrigerator from HD - Cape May County, ** 3 weeks ago. Refrigerator died 2 weeks in (compressor). I have spent 14 hours on the phone with Whirlpool and HD setting up a repair schedule. The companies they setup the repair with said they will not repair compressors and I will be charged 125 for a visit. So much for a warranty. In addition, the repair people cannot come out for at least 3 weeks. Not to mention I have lost hundreds of dollars in food.I called Home Depot and spoke with manager named *****.
