I placed an order online on July 21st. The expected delivery date was Aug 5th. August 5th came and went and we are now at August 14th the S*COND due date they gave me over the phone that I should expect my product by. I placed an order on 8/7/23. Delivery was scheduled for 8/14/23. Per the confirmation email, I would get an email and a call the prior day with the 4-hour window for delivery. I did not receive an email or call. However when I did received a call it was at 7:24am on the day of delivery saying they was 10 minutes away. I was at work. No good product was installed incorrectly the worker @ the store was disrespectful. Home Depot is the mist uncaring lying POS.I ordered a 100 boxes to be delivered today August 11th 2023, and payed for it. They texted me and said they couldn't make the delivery. Went through Home Depot for laminate countertops and received abysmal service. The vendor assigned kept changing the completion date and then ghosted us when we reached out with questions. If you're looking for speedy delivery, this ain't it! We ordered a shower kit online on July 25, 2023. It was supposed to be delivered by that Wednesday. It wasn't.
