I was waiting for a long time to return. When it was my turn finally, the staff rejected to return because I did not bring my physical driver license. I told and showed her my electronic driver license that has a photo on it but she rejected. I did not see whats the difference but I have to go again and wait again. This worked last time with another staff. The electric id is official from DMV. There is no reason that home depot does not accept it!
It has been over 3 weeks since cancelling a windows installation service order, yet my credit card account has not been ************************. Specifically, the order was cancelled on the day the windows measurement technician came to my property (7/7/2023. Do not use their ******************! The estimator did not get back to me, misquoted the price and failed to properly find out how to deal with asbestos tile. Installation was scheduled for Monday. Its now Wednesday and were hoping for tomorrow. No one knows whats going on and no one returns my calls.

We had appliance delivered on 7/12. We paid for delivery and installation. They got the dishwasher hooked up. They had no clue what they were doing. Then the microwave they had no clue with that either just left it hanging and didnt even take vent plates off. Tried to bring refrigerator I. Without taking doors off. Home depot installed hurricane impact resistant windows and several weeks later it rained and it came into track inside house. They refuse it fix stating this can happen which is why there are weep holes. I ordered theses windows expecting them to keep out water. It took management 6 weeks to respond to my complaint and states these horizontal slides will do this, and nothing wrong. Had the worst experience with ** (Home Depot) to date: I used my military discount to purchase a wall mounted garage door opener at the ********* store in CA. The site said there were 3 in stock. Spent TWO hours ordering appliance package in store. The salesperson kept making mistakes which we kept catching. Then on delivery day the order doesnt show, with no call from Home Depot! We lost a days pay for work and my husbands business reputation. Then we spent SEVERAL HOURS on the phone trying to track down order, finally doing so by contacting ******* warehouse directly. Only THEY were helpful. Terrible experience with Home Depot.

I absolutely love hpme depot. But this home depot on 141 It's by far the worst home depot i've ever been to. Just because you pull into the loading zone and get out of your vehicle does not give the employee the right to call Customers jackass Or in exact words the employee stated that they are complete jackasses. This was 2 women in the loading zone around 330 this afternoon..
