I paid over $2000 for a washer dryer combo to have it delivered with dents on both the left and right sides of the top of the appliance. How can a business of that magnitude deliver such shoddy merchandise. They offered $150 refund to make up for the dents. That's not enough. I can't believe they would deliver such c*** to a customer.

I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot in *************, ** April 8, 2023. The delivery service damaged our property and today July 14, 2023 the insurance called to say the claim was denied because of "no proof" of damage. The deliver service is K&E LLC in ********** **. I sent the insurance a picture of the damage and it was received and reviewed per email I received. Home Depot has no responsibility of delivery on product purchased at their stores. I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot for delivery. The dryer had major damage on one side (a two foot long scratch on top of a large dent that had bent the side panel.). The set was dropped off side by and pictures were taken so that the damage could not be seen by us until we went to install the units. The paperwork for the dryer was purposely taped over part of the damage in an attempt to conceal it. The item delivered was incorrect, I ordered a 20 bag pallet of landscaping gravel, and they delivered a large pallet of stones 10 to 12 inches long and 4 to 6 inches in diameter that weighs **** lbs, I was not at home when the delivery arrived but my wife was, after the driver who was ill equipped with a hydraulic hand **** was unable to get the pallet where we wanted it because my driveway is gravel, it ended up blocking part of my driveway and we had to get 4 other people to get the hand **** out from under the pallet, whi... read more

Ordered a product online, there was an issue with payment and was advised I would be contacted within ***** hours to resolve. My order was cancelled and the product released despite being assured that it would be held for 72 hours. The product is no longer available for order and Home Depot not willing to do anything to address the situation.

Manager from HE double hockey sticks He once tonight is was funny to once fake fire me and in doing so waiting a full minute to then say he was just effing with me. Don't buy anything from home depot. I just bought a $2000 ** refrigerator 8 weeks ago from the freehold store in **********. It's broken already. We woke up last Thursday and the entire freezer defrosted and doesn't even get cool anymore ( 8 weeks old). A true kitchen nightmare! I have cabinets sitting in my dining room for five weeks that still aren't installed and now my kitchen is ripped out! They won't come back till some time next week. Put in an order on 3/25 for a front door that we liked with a paneled front. Sup. took the order with all the details, color that we wanted, hardware color, etc and said that door frame needed to be measured. We pd for installation too.
