The appliance delivery is a joke. I am on failed delivery 4 and still no dishwasher. They require I be home 4 hour windows for all the deliveries and then fail to show up or notify me.

The home depot in ******************* was very clean and the employees were there to help us. We could not believe how friendly they were and they saved me money on delivery. I want to say thanks to all that helped us. And the lady that worked the service desk she helped me set up delivery. Thanks again.

I ordered an air conditioner as a (very large) surprise gift for my elderly parents. I received a delivery notification while I was out of the country for a few weeks and was happy that they got the gift so quickly.To my horror, I learned from them that they actually never received it. My mom Bought a lawnmower at one of the Home Depot facility in 2020, She also brought a protection plan with 3 years, now the lawnmower is having problem we don't know what happen, we went to Home Depot explained the situation to one of the floor manager there she tried to help us as she could she help us registered the mower with all state because she said Home Depot use all state as insurance protection plan she also found everything in their system but the problem still haven't solve. Ordered my countertops through the **************. Waited for weeks to get them installed. Then the company messed them up and we are again without countertops for weeks. So I'm not sure if I'll ever use home Depot ever again we went into the service desk we were promised that everything for a bathroom remodel would be here within 3 to 4 days after checking in to this we found out now the timeline could be between July 24 to August 10th and I've already got a contractor here working I've talked to various people and you get different stories. Purchased a new refrigerator with delivery and installation, was told I need to purchase a new water line for ice maker. They also wanted an additional $40 to just move old fridge to garage so did it myself, well when delivered they unboxed moved it into the house and plugged it in, done. They farm out delivery and they said they cannot install the water line because it was under sink and not right behind the fridge. We bought a 30 in microwave that goes in the cabinet. Spent almost $1500. They sent ** the wrong size, instead of returning it and ordering it again. They are returning it, issue a refund, wait 3-5 business days then come in and order a new one and wait another two weeks. This has put our project on hold and caused stress for a mistake they made. I had a terrible experience with Home Depot. They installed countertops for me. The countertops had an ugly **** in it which the sample did not show. Also, there were unsightly seams that should not have been on them. On top of that, the hole drilled for the faucet was too close to the wall where my own contractor that I hired was going to install a tile backsplash.I ended up having to tear out the countertops, and I hired a granite contractor to redo and finish the job.I am trying to get a partial refund or at least a store... read more
