I bought a new stove from home depot and the door handle fell off. I was obviously broken and glued back together. Home depot ILLEGALLY sold me a used or repaired stove as new. I purchased a new dishwasher. The sales person did not ask any questions about my kitchen layout. Nor did he discuss the fact that my kitchen layout could be prohibitive for installation of a dishwasher. When the installer arrived, he refused to install the new dishwasher, nor remove the broken dishwasher. I went a few minutes ago to buy 3 Wyze 360 cameras. On line 2 a man attended me who explained that I should take a photo of the camera I wanted and with that photo go to the boxes to have them delivered there. I did that. The checkout supervisor opened a shelf for me to look for the cameras. I didn't see them but according to the inventory there should be 23. My new propane refrigerator was dropped off in my front yard. We have no way to move it. We were not told a freight company would drop it off. I thought I had arranged for Home Depot to deliver and pick up our old one. That is what I made clear when I ordered it. Both residents in this house are disabled, women, and over 60 years of age. Bought a brand new ******* dryer 6/26/23 and was told it would be delivered 7/1/23. Come 7/1 I didnt hear anything so contacted support and was told it would still be getting delivered. No one showed up and was later told the truck had a problem when I complained. No one ever contacted me to tell me it wasnt getting delivered. Clearly an excuse. ***** was finally delivered 7/5/23. To Whom It May ******* We ordered vinyl plank flooring from Home Depot had them come out to measure and give us a bid. Crew2 (Home Depot install contractor) came out to start install while ripping up my oak flooring they stop said my floors will need leveling and plywood added to floor. Honestly, I cant even give them a star. Worst customer ********************** ever. I ordered an air conditioner online on June 24 delivery date June 28, got a tracking number, item never arrived. on the 28th entered tracking number into the system. It says it was never shipped. According to Home Depot. It shipped and I was charged on my credit card. I placed an online order. The order delivery address included apt#3 MAIL ROOM NOT OUTSIDE. The package was left outside building. The package was missing when I got home 4 hours later. Home Depot accepted order and fedx accepted order with specific delivery instructions. I was still held responsible to pay for item by citi bank because Home Depot wouldnt take responsibility or blame the carrier. ********* would not credit me unless Home Depot admitted fault. Any online order for delivery to home BUYER BEWARE.
