I contacted Home Depot to replace my water heater. I was looking for a water heater with ***** years warranty and asked them explicitly to bring me the "CHEAPEST" one they have (the one I chose would have cost $2100). The next day, their plumbing contractor came in, checked my water heater, and told me that they need to bring me a different one (This was on June 26th) and they finally brought me the water heater on July5th (after TWO WEEKS). Horrible system and service. I made an online order at Home Depot and one of the items was defective. I talked to someone on the Home Depot chat line who said I could return the item for a refund and then reorder it and they would give me a 25% discount. I waited over an hour while they try to give me the discount, and the onsite manager would not approve it I will take my business elsewhere going forward

I have been on the phone with Home Depot #**** multiple times just to ask if they cut file cabinet keys. The first time I was on hold 4 minutes when I was told to hold for another 10 minutes before being transferred to the ******************* only to be disconnected as soon as they hit "transfer". I called back, this time getting an immediate answer. Asked for the ******************* and got disconnected again. Terrible company. Some of the worst customer ********************** ever. Phone support for online shopping is totally useless. Wasted over 5 hours of my time and still couldn't even manage to sell me the item I wanted.

I bought a washer and dryer on June 14, and it has been 7 weeks and 5 delivery attempts, but they have been missing something each time. Terrible experience trying to rent a van.I was speaking to associate at this location ,she was assisting me with online reservation.
