I made a purchase to Home Depot and upon trying to return the Shower Pan was told the *************** denied it. I have been a frequent and loyal customer of Home ********************** and am rehabbing my house. The report the *************** provided me shows three prior receipted returns and decided to deny my latest one. How on earth can you do this to people and Home Depot! 30 minutes on the phone and they cant solve my issue
Very poor customer ********************** and follow up on a kitchen remodel project. Many delays in getting things installed. Products selected and ordered were later unavailable requiring selecting a second choice after some things were already installed. Would not use this company for future home projects.

They are absolutely not customer friendly. I needed to make a return that was a couple weeks outside of their return policy with a receipt and the item not even opened and they denied the return even for store credit. When I called the manger said the only advice he can give is to be more aware of the return policy when I am shopping. The worst company. ***** would never treat their customers that way. I wish I could give a zero.

Bought a ******* refrigerator from HD. We purchased at HD because we were told they had 450+ in stock in the warehouse. After two delivery dates canceled, we canceled our order. Before canceling our order I contacted *******, they told me they had zero stock and had no date for future stock. HD gave us false information, there was not 450+ units in stock. The Customer ********************** **** at the ************, ** location is worse than not having a CS **** because you waste time trying to get something done. I stood in line for 20 minutes for register a farm tax card only to be told by the girl that it wasn't necessary. I asked her to verify it was on file only for her to refuse to even check. Ordered a toilet online for delivery to my home because I wasnt provided the option of having it delivered from a store to home. I spent over $22,000 on cabinet refacing,counter top,backsplash,new refrigerator,sink,and stove.
