having problem not been resolved with order /special order door was ordered wrong , store will not honor same price for door we thought we ordered and paid for want to charge me additional $653 after i paid extra $300 for door not instock , no where in store or signs show / display by price. this is false advertisement its very hard to got to hold anyone at this location spoke with manager was told today 9/15 will call you back never got call back , dont care about customer loyalty been doing business for last 20 years its v... read more

Went to Home Depot on 64 ********* no one in plumbing went to flooring no one there went to lumber and no one there. Had a few items and at check out told them and they said one person was out collecting carts so we left for Lowes and got all my items there. Wont go back!

I bought a brand new $808 ******* dishwasher for my tenants apartment, which delivered on 8/26/2023. It appeared to be a perfect match, however the repair guy on 8/31/2023the soonest he could install this NEW dishwasherstated there would be some challenges. I purchased a set of Adirondack chairs for $108 in 3/2023. Apparently a passerby liked my chairs so much, they poached one from my porch. Once the flattery wore off & I decided to repurchase, I saw the price had more than doubled. Obviously its not HDs fault, and Id never do anything like demand a full refund for my remaining chair, but the *** for Hampton Bay couldve been a little more helpful/a little less dismissive. Also, a disclaimer that it was an intro or promo price wouldve been helpful.

I will never buy another appliance through Home Depot because of their affiliation with Asurion. I used to buy all my appliances from Home Depot because of their extended service warranty (which was excellent). Since ******* took over, servicing products has become a nightmare. It took them almost four months to repair my dishwasher last year. With the current repair, I've waited a month and spoken to multiple supervisors. I still have a broken dishwasher. CitiBank which host Home Depot credit card services, reduced my credit limit twice in past year. Didn't really matter much when they reduced it from 5g to 2g except I financed my new appliance elsewhere. However after 3 years of never missing or making a late payment they once again reduce my credit limit. This time from **** to 800. Which made my credit usage jump from 32 to 82%. Purchased a $120 belt sander, ****** broke within 2 hrs of use, I took it back to get a replacement but had lost my receipt, I use only 1 card to pay for for my purchases. At returns employees were nice, but Home Depots return system denied the return due to lack of receipt, and their system could not link the purchase to my card thus implying I some how was attempting to return something I had not payed for, it was humiliating and unethical and flat out criminal. We contacted Home Depot to get our back door replaced. We paid a required $40 measuring fee that is deducted from installation costs when the work is done. The company they contracted to do the measurement came out and did what they were hired to do with no issue. After the measurement appointment, Home Depot's millwork department was supposed to reach out to me within 3 to 5 business days to review pricing and schedule the work to be done, which they didn't do.
