Home Depot Credit Card is a reflection on HD. Not at all helpful and very condescending. Because of this, I cancelled my 20 year old account and will spend my money anywhere else but there. I cant force my bank to autopay them on a holiday and Ive never had this issue before. HD received it automatically the next business day. The late fee caused my minimum payment to go up which caused my plan I had set up to be worthless. Total waste of time, money and energy.

Do not use Home Depot for remodeling. They do not stand behind their work. We had our bathroom remodeled in July 2015. The contractors installed two large mirrors on opposing walls. One of the mirrors fell this weekend and shattered into shards and jagged pieces. The glass gouged one of the cabinets and destroyed an expensive candle that was on the ledge of the shower wall. My wife ordered two vanities from Home Depot, a day later she called them to cancel the order, because she ordered the 42" by mistake and reorder the correct size 36". She was told by support that they couldn't cancel the order, and we'll have to wait till it was delivered and refuse the delivery. Last night (9/23/2023) around 8:30pm me and my partner visited the Gig Harbor Home Depot location. Upon arrival we noticed the store wasn't very busy. So upon first noticing the overabundance of staff seeming to seek us out and ask repeatedly if we are finding everything okay and then lingering close by must of been due to lack of anyone else being in the store. We ordered 4 appliances almost 2 months ago. It took about 1 month for delivery, which was fine but now Home Depot delivery has been at my house three times with an excuse every time of why they cant deliver all appliances. Even when after each visit there is detailed notes on their end of what to do for next time, when they come the next time, they dont come prepared for delivery. I ordered cabinets on Aug 17 2023. I ordered 2 base, 2 wall and 2 pantry's. They were to arrive on Aug 23 or 28 2023. I received an email that 1 of the pantry arrived damaged and they are going to reorder it. A few days latter another email said to pick up 2 bases and 1 pantry. We got the bases but the pantry they had was the damage one. A few days after that we were told to pick up 2 wall cabinet and a 1 pantry. Good day to all. I shopped at Home Depot , ********, ** for 20 years now and have never being this disappointed in my shopping experience. On 09/21/23, I bought $233.40 of product, but did not have my coupon with me - this is the $25.00 OFF coupon for in-store purchase of $150.oo or more, thru 10/4/23. Pressed for time I bought the items using the card and then returned to the store later hoping to get the credit. I was new to the app shopping; Considering my disabilities, I paid extra for delivery, thinking they would bring my couch inside my house; bug spray was an additional item ordered.
