We ordered some things online from home depot and one of the carriers they use is *** and apparently *** said they delivered our items but they never showed up. Home Depot tried showing us photos of the packages sitting on a porch next to a *********** *** we tried explaining that our home isnt even white its blue home depot said its not their problem. I bought a new washing machine 3 weeks ago online. It started leaking water 2 days after it was installed. We waited a week for Home Depot installation people to come look at it and deem it not an installation issue. Then waited another week for a GE specialist to come look at it and diagnose it as MISSING PARTS FROM THE INSIDE OF THE MACHINE!!!!!!!!! In my experience, the warranty guarantee offered by Home Depot means nothing. Through Home Depot, I purchased non-clog gutters for my home, with the stated 20-year guarantee that should they ever clog, Home Depot would clean them for free. Purchased a Bosch mini from Home Depot Commons Road ***********, ** and had it installed by a licensed contractor 05/03/2023. On 07/31/2023 the unit was diagnosed with a defective compressor. I spent the next 2 months, hours on the phone with Bosch and Home Depot, many e-mails to both trying to get a replacement compressor under warranty, On 09/13/2023 the compressor was replaced at a cost to me of $1020.00 (labor not covered by *****). My 80 year old mother with cataracts attempted to order a stove online. somehow she clicked the wrong box and what was delivered was not what she meant to order. Additionally, the delivery drivers were rude and shoved a paper in front of her to sign. She did not know that she was signing that the stove was fine and that there was no issue or damage. I asked your home services lady who I should contact about a shower renovation. The bid from Statewide Remodeling for my 4ft x 4ft shower was an astounding $35k. I asked the salesman from state wide, if you dont buy materials from Home Depot, what do they get out of this arrangement. His answer: 30%. So Home Depot was trying to get an $11,000 referral fee out of this job. Totally immoral! Shame on you, Home Depot, and shame on you Statewide Remodeling! (I had the job done for $9k by another contractor.)

I just had the most bizarre interaction I have ever had with an online company with Home Depot. I ordered a vacuum cleaner and Home Depot sent me two small pieces of PCV pipe. I contacted them the same day and burned a half hour waiting for them to tell me that the would not send the missing vacuum cleaner until I returned the valueless pieces of pipe to a physical store. The lawnmower that I bought was used only 3 times before it stop working. Home Depot will not take it back or allow me to exchange it. Home Depot has a 30 day return policy on gas equipment. I purchased the lawnmower 3 months ago. I have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot and this is how they treat a loyal customer.
