I rented a van and returned it only a few minutes after it was due to be charged for another 15-minute increment or hour. This has been the worst experience!! I would not even give 1 star but had no choice. I would NOT recommend Home Depot for any sort of kitchen redo. I had my cabinets refurbished and new counter to put in and a backsplash. The experience has been a nightmare. I bought the ** refrigerator on Sept.12, 2013 for $1095 and got it delivered on Sept 16, 2023 from Home Depot. The next day, the refrigerator door is closed by itself with a big thunder sound. We used installation services from home depot for Vinyl flooring installation. The whole process is based on home depot cheating customers. The estimator estimated too much inventory and after the work when we called home depot and being told bring it to the store and we will what can be returned. Like we own pick up truck or HD expect us to rent the truck to return supplies that their estimator miscalculated. We paid shipping that included inventory to be dropped inside the condo. Purchased a washier/dryer set and pedestals with installation/kits, everything. Home Depot delivery scheduled ** for Oct26. the night before, we got a confirmation we will receive the delivery between 7am~11am. On Oct 26 AFTER 8am, we got an email that delivery is rescheduled to Oct 30. We received no communication, then come Oct 30, my husband had to call them to find out where is the delivery. I called the Home Depot in *** Nuys ** trying to get someone in the tool rental department and was on hold for 37 minutes before I was connected to someone. I know that they're busy but to wait on hold for that long is pretty bad! I nearly gave up but just needed a bit of information for my son who lives in that area and wanted to avoid a wasted trip if they didn't have the tool that we were looking for.I'm not sure this will do any good but needed to share my experience!*********************

We had our living room and dining room windows replaced by Home Depot last year. When they were coveted I expected to come home from work to beautiful new windows. Well the first thing I noticed was how filthy the windows were. As I was cleaning them I noticed whatever was on the windows was not coming off. It was like a clear mess of smudged caulking. They are ****** company that doesn't care about you if you are a customer. I work in construction and will cancel all accounts with them and establish at Lowes on orocipal . There is nothing I can say to defend how poorly that they treated me and will be a cold daybin h*** before I buy from them again for any reason

I would leave a zero star but i had to choose 1. We made an on line purchase that was over $****. We had to cancel the order. It was confirmed and said to be refunded back to credit card within 3/5 days. Its been a month and nothing. I've been told to go to store which is 1 hr each way driving, they said they could not help. Called again get same run around, it's a sys error....been 30 days now and nothing with a ****% interest on top of the **** on credit card. I'm getting nowhere quick with these people!!
