It has been over 2 yrs, 11/1/2021, when I signed a contract with Home Depot for a Cabinet Makeover, in ***************. and job still not done! Home Depot told me back on Nov, 11, 2021 the job would take 4-6 weeks. The cabinets were shipped to Home Depot sometime in the summer of 2022. Home Depot never inspected the order for the cabinets. ****************, was contracted by Home Depot to place back splash in my Kitchen. Dragon Scale used the brand new sink as a bucket to do all the grout work, which caused scratches in the stainless steel sink. We placed cardboard over the newly installed countertops to protect them and the worker cut a hole out to use the sink. We purchased a brand new washer and dryer with pedestals on 12/24/22. They were delivered damaged on 1/10/23 and we refused the entire order. The Second delivery was set for 1/27/23 and they were delivered damaged AGAIN! We refused the delivery and cancelled the order completely! It is now 2/11/23 and we still have not been completely refunded. They are passing the blame to the vendor saying one of the pedestals was not returned. We did not do business with the vendor! It gets worse. On Saturday, we were contacted and told it would not be until the following Thursday before a plumber would be able to install the dishwasher. So now it will be just over a week with a dishwasher sitting here which is completely unprofessional and ridiculous. My husband and I have to take turns taking days off work to sit around all day waiting for a delivery or plumber to arrive and then find out they are not showing. Bought flooring. Received the order confirmations. Then was sent order cancellations because they made a price error but the emails claimed they were out of stock. Went back online immediately after and the price was changed and stock was available. I want my flooring at the price I bought it at. This is unfair to the consumer and fraudulent in my opinion.
First, I am not one to complain and I am usually very understanding and compassionate for people and running big businesses ...BUT THIS IS COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLE. We order ** washer and dryer. Had it installed and broken by unqualified people who were basically ****************....and boy it has been H*** SINCE FOR MY FAMILY. HOME DEPOT - I had two orders by a hacker that hacked into my Home Depot online account. They ordered $2,000 each order for over $4,000 in charges. I immediately contacted Home Depot and told them to cancel the order. They said they would. I was credited for the warranty purchase but the product itself was shipped to an unknown address in *********. That left $1,690 per order on my card. I bought a $10,000 indoor countertop 2 years ago and a $10,000 outdoor countertop 1 year ago. Both had installation issues and neither have been fixed. The indoor kitchen countertop had one section where they did a completely different edging then the rest of the countertops. It has been inspected over 5 times by over 10 people. Each time we contact the office they would say someone else needs to do the inspection and send out someone new. The inspectors always confirmed the edging had to be redone.
