Ordered my appliances in January. Had a delivery date of 2/11/23. On 2/9/23 I got an email that my delivery was rescheduled to March! So when I went to the store they said 2 of 4 of my appliances was on backorder. So I cancelled those 2 and went to Lowes and bought them. HD reassured me my other 2 appliance could now be delivered on 2/11/23. So I pd someone to be at this house on 2/11/23 and no appliances ever showed. Ordered a dishwasher from HomeDepot ******. HomeDepot scheduled installation 48 hours after delivery. The plumber came and turned on the dishwasher. The dishwasher started leaking and the plumber found out dishwasher got damaged during delivery. However, it passed 48 hours warranty windows so HomeDepot insisted that I called the manufacture for replacement or refund.When the dishwasher delivered, I immediately chat with HomeDepot online support for a certain schedule for installation. Worst delivery experience ever. Third failed time for delivery of a stove today. Home Depot has no control over their delivery company except to reschedule it. No communication from delivery company at alljust failed deliveries. I will never buy anything from Home Depot again as,now, we are at their mercy due to the time spent dealing with this.with no end in sight. I have had such a terrible experience with this company. They destroyed my home with damage their delivery driver caused ! WHICH I HAD ON CANERA!!! And their insurance company reached out to me and tried to blame the city! They went down my driveway on my property without permission and caused me 1499$ worth of damage and left it! Ordered 30 boxes online on the 24th of Feb, delivery date was supposed to today March 1st. Status was not updated so called and immediately the csr agent placed the blame on ****** So i called ***** to find out that Home Depot never scheduled a pick up with ****** ***** advised to call back Home Depot and ask for the scheduled confirmation # if they can't provide one means they never scheduled one to begin. We bought carpeting for our house at the Home Depot in ********, ****, that costed ** over $4000. Since that was a large purchase, we expected to love it. We have purchased many things from Home Depot and we have always had good things to say about them. This is the first time we made a large purchase there. Ordered new windows & put deposit down Jan.4 2022 Took 6 months for only partial of windows to install. When they did install partial windows they broke 2 of the window frames. That took another 4 months to come in and install. when they came out to finish installing the remander windows they order the wrong windows. Finished reinstalling the broken frames with old sashes, ( not a new window). ( I did not pay for mix & match windows).
