Home Depot is charging me too dollar for a kitchen cabinet remodel. The sales people said it would be done in 3 days. We are now looking a 4 weeks of living in a half finished kitchen. It is a mess. It makes me feel like I have really been had. They need to compensate people for their scheduling errors and failure to fulfil the promises they make during their hard sales tactics.

Home Depot gives the absolute worst service. I bought a dishwasher from them in 2020 and it broke 2 years later because the installer they contracted with did it incorrectly. After spending $150 to diagnose the problem, we found this out and contacted Home Depot. They gave us $100 credit towards a new dishwasher. Since the dishwasher we wanted was too expensive in our local appliance store, we decided to give it a shot and go with Home Depot again. Big mistake. I purchased a washing machine and it was defective, I purchased the warranty and they mailed me a check and the check bounced. They promised to mail me another check and it is going on two weeks since filing my claim and I have yet to receive my check.

We had entry way doors installed through Home Depot and their installers did an absolutely terrible job. The door doesnt shut and the storm door lasted all of two weeks. Never again will I use Home Depot.

Cheating Customers I purchased appliances online, the day they were to be delivered I found the same appliances with lower prices. I called customer ********************** and was told they couldnt price match because the items were on clearance. The difference was $110.00- Such a horrible way to treat customers especially since the items hadnt even been delivered. If I didnt need the stove I wouldve cancelled and went elsewhere!

I've been duped by Home Depot for the second time in about 3 months. In December I had an issue with a gift card. I was assured by Home Depot's customer ********************** team that it would be rectified through the store. I made an order for a dishwasher from homedepot.com the delivery guys went to the wrong house , we call them immediately , they refused to do the delivery. Call the corporate number, they promise they would be back . Never show up. Call again they said they would have to reschedule the appointment. Long story short no dishwasher me and my wife miss work for this company to do a delivery that never came. The level of incompetence and lack of disregard for peoples time is beyond me . Was on the Home Depot website, purchased a washer, and there was a system glitch. I called in and asked why my order was cancelled without notice, they said they cannot honor due to the computer glitch.
