Worst customer ********************** ever!!! I ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer to be delivered and installed on March 31. On April 8 they delivered the appliances but did not install water or ice maker on refrigerator and told me to call a plumber to do that. The dryers heating element was not working so they took that and left washer. On April ******* I was approved by ********* for ******** to purchase a central air conditioning system for my home. I had not received the credit card in the mail by April 12th. Horrible return policy, my sister had returned 2 fence post for me (without receipt) an I was unable to use the in store credit because only the person who returned it can use the card they give. Not ta mention if your return (without receipt) is over $100 they will not return it an you are only allowed 1 return every year

Don't rent from this company! They have poor products. I rented a pressure washer for the first time and I explained this to the young man that was helping me at the time. It took him three different pressure washers before he found one that worked. When he turned on the pressure washer, it was shaking bad and was very loud. I asked him if he could leave the hoses on because I don't want any issues putting them on because of all the issues he was having with putting them on and he said he would but didn't. Be careful on what you buy at home Depot. I had bought a riding lawnmower at full price the next day they drop off a floor model that has been sitting outside in the weather for two months when I went to start it didn't start it wasn't finished being put together. That's when I noticed it was the display model. I was told that they had a lawnmower in a box . Dont use Home Depot appliance delivery. They use a third party *** and HD blamed all my problems on them. It was installed poorly, used the 48 hour window to return the appliance, and have now waited months for our refund. Their phone customer ********************** did not help resolve the problem, and they lied twice about our refund being on the way. Their customer ********************** blamed me, hung up on me, and did everything to delay and downright not pay me back the refund.

Be very cautious when thinking of purchasing a kitchen through Home Depot. They have some nice cabinets and blind you with some very talented kitchen designers that will do a detailed plan for you. However, do not take out a Home Depot credit card to pay for your kitchen!! AVOID. The issuing bank "Citi" is just terrible. They hit me with 4K in interest! 4K for not paying my bill in the 18 mos. Over 9k in cabinets. How many people can pay it in 18 mos and they won't extend it. The bank is unreasonable and now we will be going... read more
