I purchased windows and had them installed through/with Home Depot in August of 2022. The Home Depot contractors that installed the windows had no idea of what they were doing. The contractors cut my vinyl siding at all 12 windows. Also the windows do not fit flush against the exterior walls.The contractors tried hiding their mistakes by putting up larger vinyl trim. In doing so my awnings don't fit, shutters don't fit and you can see all the damaged vinyl. The vinyl siding is so damaged that my home cannot even be pressure ... read more

Terrible customer **********************, terrible resolutions department. It takes 6-7 phone calls to them to get anything resolved and I wish I was exaggerating. I had an appliance order (order #WP62326044) through HomeDepot.com (a stove and a dishwasher) and on delivery day I had to reject delivery of the dishwasher due to it being completely damaged. The Home Depot can waste your time and life like no other company alive. They are horribly inefficient. I have been trying to get a refund for returned product, acknowledged by their manager, for months. This, after a significant purchase of their horrific cedar fence and lumber products - dealing with green warped posts, splitting lumber and delivered rotting lumber products (never take a delivery from them). They will fight you on refunds and give you the run-around.Very poor customer **********************. They hate you ... read more

I ordered a patio set of 4 chairs and a table on sale. The table was never delivered. I contacted Home Depot and after 30 min of back and forth was told the resolution team would get in touch with me. Never heard from them and so I contacted Home Depot again after 5 days. This time it took over an hour with the representative for me to be told that they would not send the table and the only option was for me to reorder and pay for another set (now at double the price) and return the set I had for a refund. ****** ** Home Depot has stood behind their products with honesty, patience, compassion and consideration. Even though my 2 year old washing machine performance was terrible and I had lots of difficulties, **, appliance manager at Home Depot, made sure my problem was resolved.Their honesty is the most important factor to success and recommend them because of their high performance to satisfy their customers.

Home Depot ********* ********* Store purchased a new front door with *********************** the stores Millwork Specialist on 12/3/2022. Took 6 weeks for the door. The installer came out to do the install the door had a few scratches I refused the door. Home Depot is the worst place I have ever worked with when trying to return damaged deliveries. Their delivery staff delivered a damaged washer and dryer and attempted to install the unit. Had my contractor not been present to see the damage, Home Depot would have installed the unit and left. Now Im trying to get a refund on the returned product and Home Depot is dragging their feet. *** never worked with a company who makes it this hard to correct a purchase. I will never buy from Home Depot again.

Home Depot Corporate is full of incompetence. I purchased a leased rental 5'x8' trailer from the ******* Home Depot on April 6. Corporate sent the Certificate of Title to the ******* store the following week, but did NOT sign the release of interest. ******* store also forgot to sign their interest. We paid cash. California DMV will not register title in my name until both sign off. After several calls/trips - ******* released their interest. Was promised a 4 hour delivery window today for a washer dryer between 11am and 2pm. At 2pm they called to cancel because no one was home. We are at a 7x24 high rise with full time staff and not possible for no one to be home. Called customer ********************** and they would not send the truck back. Now they want to delivery at 3am early Thursday morning. Not impressed with lack of customer ********************** and employees who lie about us not being home.
