It is impossible to make online order now. I made $1,100.50 order. Most items have been canceled with no explanation. Called twice, apparently some store doesn't have this in stock, the warehouse does. Was put on hold for several hours. I did not order from a particular store, in fact there is no such option. There are only two options "deliver to home" or "deliver to store". "Deliver to home" is what I chose. But apparently I chose a non-existing option of delivering from some particular store, that doesn't have it in stock... read more

Installed both carpet and tile purchased at this store. Carpet has picking throughout it. Flooring manager never looked at it but said I probably had a bad vacuum causing it. My vacuum was brand new & purchased at Home Depot. Installer (HD subcontractor) came out and looked at it and said just cut the pickings off. After cutting them off has left carpet thin looking. This is not a complain about a specific Home Depot since my order was online. From the moment I placed my order of a lawn mower to the end I encounter issues. Delivery was delayed by 1.5 days. Trusting that Home Depot sent the correct machine was our mistake. My husband was happy to use the lawn mower, but he said it was a push one not a self propelled. Well, our local store in *********, ** is awful. There is never anyone who can help you. We found the gas grill we wanted there but literally couldnt get anyone to pull it off the top shelf for us. We were willing to buy the floor model, but she wouldnt sell that to us since there were others available. Nevermind no one could pull it down for us. I had a delievery scheduled for the Saturday of mother's day weekend. By having sat off I had to work mothers day. I was at home waited when they called me said the truck broke down and they had to reschedule me. I chose Wednesday 4p to 8p. Tuesday comes and they call me. Purchased a ***** 325S propane Grill for a holiday cookout, and bought in the in-store floor model for next day delivery. After waiting most of day for delivery, they re-scheduled delivery for the following day. As it turned out, they sold my purchased grill to another customer, and had a different store deliver the wrong (natural gas) grill to our home. I ordered a refrigerator and I was told someone would call the day before to let me choose the four hour delivery window. The day before I received a text that said they would be there Saturday between two and six. I wish I have an option to select no start for Home Depot. In what world we are living right now, where you order an online for product worth of $500 and there is no tracking information for it? I went out of my way to order tools and recommend Home Depot to customers but moved to a location where I had to start using Home Depot online and have since changed my position on the store.
