I ordered a garage door on June 12,2019 From HOME DEPOT, after 1 month I was told it was not available,so I ordered another door. which I was tole was available. Ordered a bathroom vanity. Delivery was a nightmare. Vanity came but not the included top. Driver didn't have it. Doors were crooked and drill holes for the door knobs were uneven x 4! Asked to have it returned and Halo Distribution called at the pick up time to say they didn't have a driver. Let me preface this by saying that the outside company that Home Depot contracted with to do the installation was excellent. This commentary is not about them. My wife and I purchased an exterior door and two storm doors with a 6 week expected purchase to install period. One of the storm door arrived damaged and in spite of pleading with home depot to expedite acquiring a new door, it still took an additional two and a half weeks to arrive. Bought something online that Home Depot says they have. Few hours later my money get returned with a 72 hour hold on funds all because Home Depot indicates that their out of stock knowing that there website is saying they have inventory. I like others on here can say I have never taken to social media regarding a complaint...until now! Super frustrated with Home Depot's terrible customer service with regard to filing a claim for a manufacturer defective refrigerator that damaged my brand new floors. I am writing this review specifically about Home Depot's review management, which is very unethical. I've never seen such a biased review censorship anywhere else. If your review includes ANY information that could possibly discourage a customer from buying a product, they will reject the review. It is ridiculous. I would give it 1 star, but other Home Depot divisions do a good job, so I am giving it 2 stars instead. Home Depot needs to do something about their review management team. It's truly absurd. A few weeks ago, I left a 5 star review on the HD website reflecting the helpfulness of the in-store staff at the Greer HD during the extensive renovations we are doing on our home nearby. We purchased a brand new washer and dryer, including a stacking kit, and a 3-year purchase protection, online. I recently tried to purchase a refrigerator from Home Depot and it was one of the most upsetting experiences I had in recent memory.
