horrible service do not order ever from these bozos they will make you wait at home for week and keep delaying orders. they keep saying they will escalate the issue and someone will call you in 24-48 hours and no one will call you back. trust me never order from home depot canada

I purchased a Pro service that was put on a new Home Depot card that I did not authorize. I have called Home Depot credit services several times to correct cause I wanted the transaction put on my existing account that has more than enough funds to cover the pro services. I have never received the new card nor statement let alone an invoice! The vendor says to go to home depot and home depot says there is nothing they can do go to the vendor. Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful. When you call they tell you everything you want to hear but it is all talk. They are working with the most horrible sub contractors

If I could give negative stars, I would. We been searching for carpet for a few weeks at our usual Home Depot store 2801. Before deciding on a carpet, we wanted to make sure we were getting one we would love being that it was for our first home. If I could give this a "zero Stars" I would. Home Depot does NOT stand behind what they sell. Ordered flooring and moldings, both showed available online. Three weeks later the flooring is installed and I get a message saying that the molding is back ordered. I contacted "Zamma" the manufacturer of the flooring and they CANCELLED my order. I now have flooring down (1000 sq ft) that will need to be pulled up (at MY COST) because the molding isn't able to be ordered now! SHOULD HAVE GONE TO LOWES!!!

Went to process a return yesterday and was DENIED! I was given a phone number to call to dispute. I called the number and was told if I didn't have a receipt or if I had paid cash and didn't connect the sale to my 'email' then I basically out of luck! I told them I wasn't happy with that so they said they'd send me an email I could file a dispute through. Don't buy items from Home Depot that need delivery and installation. I purchased a dishwasher June 15 and had scheduled delivery and installation. On the day of installation I was informed that their truck had broken down and I would need to reschedule. When I expressed my displeasure the person I spoke to was rude. I rescheduled for Saturday 3 p to 7 p window. At 3:45 I was called and informed the delivery crew was running late and would be there by 8 p. No further calls, and the appliance was never delivered. Home depot needs to fire Jose, the person they have running this store. I live 2 mins away from this location and have to spend 15-20 mins driving out of my way just to make sure I stay away from this joke of a location. They have a man child running this store. With that said, you can guess the rest of the store in not up to par just because of him. This location is worst in the State of New Mexico and it's 1000% because of Jose. Dear The Home Depot The BLATANT disrespect I just experience at your Chicago Location (200-232 W. 87th St) is truly reprehensible. I waited to get a key made at the Key Hero Machine. I was the only one in the line for the service. I waited over 45 minutes and didn't receive assistance. ANY ASSISTANCE. I asked four people for assistance and was told that the only person who knows how to operate the Key Hero Machine would be down to assist me.
