Horrible Company! Roof installed with 50 year warranty December 2018. March 2019 two minor problems. Took 3 months of almost daily calls to appropriate personnel and we were put off, shuffled around and lied to by the installation manager the few times we actually got through to him! Finally fixed one problem and said he would be back to fix 2nd one. After waiting weeks again trying to get a hold of him he tells us that "Home Depot no longer installs roofs and they would not be repairing 2nd problem as it wasn't their proble... read more

$ 450 grill was supposed to Have been delivered on 6/11/2019 that I had gifted to my son for Father's day to honor him with a party. Along w 25 invitees ! Delivery was delayed to 6/21 without any apologies nor amends of any kind for all the inconvinience, cancelled party and the embarrassment. Customer servise at Weyman avenue New Rochelle was not helpful very rude and transferred me to a never ending loop of voice messages all options saying the same thing, no live rep !!!!!!! NEVER BUY WINDOWS FROM HOME DEPOT. Bad customer service ad they did not even show up for the install. I wanted my deposit back but they said I had to pay the rest of the 900 dollars we owe. I will never put a depost with any contractor until they finish the job. And no more home depot for me. One more thing is that they set us up for another install and they showed up with the window but not with the frame that it sets in. So now we don't know when it will be installed. Do not get windows from home depot!!!!

I am so disgusted with the home depot ordered a grill online to be delivered to my home plus paid for assembly as well once grill is delivered assembly is suppose to reach out to me there is no number for them just an email I emailed twice n got no response after almost a week i reached out to home depot customer service spent over 2 hours on phone n no resolution the next day again called now I'm getting angry as it's a fathers day gift. its 2 days before fathers day n the resolution is for me to take it to store to get ass... read more

I ordered and paid for 2 exterior doors and 2 storm doors. Within 30 seconds of the installer leaving, I noticed a problem. I called his office and had to wait almost 2 weeks for the repair. During the resetting of the door frame, the weatherstripping was damaged. Five weeks has now passed without this problem being corrected. The store blames the installer and supplier while the installer blames the supplier and the installer. This is a HOME DEPOT contracted installer who is threatening to call the store and refuse to work ... read more

Ordered bathroom tiles worth of $4,800.00. Anticipated delivery according to their website at the time of ordering: 5 - 7 days. Received shipping notification 5 days later. No tracking number received. 11 days after ordering first of 5 phone calls to Home Depot. Was promised phone calls back 4 times afterwards - not one happened. Was told someone left a message on my answer phone - didn't happen. I purchases a Frigidare dishwasher from home depot in 2016. Recently it stopped working, i started a claim, i had purchased a five year warranty on the product. It took s week for their tech to come out, he said he had to order another part and it will take 3-5 days to get it, then another couple days to schedule the repair. So if he ordered the correct part the dishwasher will have been down 3 weeks! I purchased 9 fans at Home Depot and they are defective. After contacting the customer care department, I was asked to get a quote from an electrician to remove limiters from the fans. I provided the quote to Home Depot on May 15, 2019. As of today, June 10, 2019, the customer care specialist has not returned my calls or resolved my issue. I left several messages and sent several emails. If I could give 0 stars I would.
