Horrible customer service and incompetently slow on the delivery and installation. We needed carpet & flooring and new appliances and purchased both. For the carpet and flooring we were originally told that it would be two weeks. Within a few days of purchasing it I was contacted by the installation team and told it would be a month for the flooring and then an additional week for the carpet to be installed. I appreciate the quick response from customer service that I received after I submitted my complaint. My complaint was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I shop with Home Depot because I trust the quality of the products they sell and they stand behind their products. I walk into other stores supposedly equal to The Home Depot and cannot find anyone to help me. At The Home Depot their are usually two or three associates who will stop and ask me if I need help. Employees at the service desk are very patient and helpful.

We purchased a GE dryer on July 13th. It took over a week to have it delivered. When it got to our house, the installers said that they could not install it because we have a 3 prong outlet and they can only install with a 4 prong outlet. After much discussion and calls to the company who told the installers that even though they had the 3 prong cord on the truck they were not allowed to install it, we had them leave the dryer. This is not the place to shop for doors to your home or appliances for your home. You can not get any answers from anyone at this store. The delivery service is dishonest and very unreliable. They lie about calling for home delivery. I will never shop at this store ever again. The customer service is a disgrace to businesses.

I have had an awful experience with Home Depot. I purchased a bed and two matching night stands. The night stands where delivered just fine, but the bed was delivered 2 weeks late and with a grown headboard. I had to wait for someone to pick up the bed again, but in the meantime ordered a replacement before receiving the refund. Good afternoon, I have been trying to speak with a customer rep for days now. I tried livechat and I sent an email. No reply on the email. We have had the absolute worst experience with not only Home Depot, but also Whirlpool. I'll start with overall delivery service/process - 1.
