Manteca Ca. store is the worst customer service in any industry. I have a folder filled with notes and issues with store dealings with my floor purchase and flooring project. Manager Alan Hienel is never available. I have had to end up talking with asst. managers Jose and Ansar with problems with my flooring project. Front desk calls forwarding to depts with no one answering. Problems returning over purchased material from your installation. They had no problem taking my money for kitchen measurements, but they ran away with it. I haven't heard from them about the kitchen estimate, and it's been over a week. When I call the store to follow up, no one talks to me. The Kitchen Design department doesn't answer calls at all, and when I call customer service, they put me on hold for upwards of 16 minutes. I've called them 5 times today, and it's been the same story.

Installation technicians lied about damped carpet, made a false report to dispatch, just to get away from moving appliances to home because it will be set up on the 3rd floor. Huge waste of time. Never received the promised manager callback regarding the complaint. Will avoid buying from HD.

Hate this place, we got a new roof and having some issues with it. Not a single phone call returned back to us. The regional Richie ****** ***************** manager avoids us at all costs. The roof now has an opening due to Home Depot contractor not installing it correctly. Rain gets in and it leaks. I call the 1-800 number and they tell it until they can get someone to come down which will be AFTER JULY 30TH (WTFF) its 6/30 and I called 6/1, 6/5, 6/7, 6/11, 6/15, 6/19, 6/21 and they say I will be responsible for all damages... read more

Extremley disappointed with this company. Imparticularily, with who they use for their delivery of appliances! THEY represents this company! and they should be ashamed! My husband and I ordered a washer/dryer Laundry Center, a GE Café Refrigerator and matching GE Café Range. Spending over $8,000! We received a delivery date at that time. We waited in anticipation. Homedepot.com absolutely burned my Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. On two separate occasions stock which we were relying on to get our business open on time is over one month late. Home depot is happy to take our money but do not care about the amount of revenue we are losing. We are a nano brewery and we have built most of the business to include brewery equipment by hand because we are on such a tight budget. I spent quite a lot of money at the Home Depot on Bandera Road in San Antonio, Texas, June of 2018 and relayed my experiences with the store, staff, and its affiliates to customer service. I was upset with the long wait times over the phone with the store, and the lack of communication between the departments at the store and with the customer, causing much confusion. I have been trying for over 3 weeks to order a complete entry door system from Home Depot. I walked into 3 local stores and was unable to find anyone to successfully answer questions or help place an order. It's unfathomable to me that at 4pm on a weekday, there is only one person who is able to help someone with a couple thousand dollar purchase, and that that person's break would be scheduled at the busiest time for people getting out of work. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH STORE #903!!! Online orders and custom orders are a NIGHTMARE. I have purchased quite a lot with this specific store and every single online order and custom order has been messed up. There is no cohesiveness with the staff members and the pro desk staff complains about the front desk staff to customers, how UNPROFESSIONAL!
