I found a product, a set of brushless Milwaukee drivers with an extra 5.0 aHr battery, on Home Depot's website for $349. I found the exact same thing in my store for a higher price. I asked customer service to price-match their on-line price since the company guarantees a price-match. The employee said "That's a different Home Depot. I bought SIX appliances brand new from Home Depot. From the beginning the transaction has been a nightmare! First, I came into the store with everything I wanted to purchase listed out so the transaction would be quick and smooth... it took HOURS! Home depot hired an AC contractor who installed a central ac unit in my home. The contractor never obtained an ac permit for one year and it was then inspected and the inspection failed. Now tbe contractor is not allowed back in my city to do any ac work. I cant get my ac fixed or a permit. How disgusting. Beware of Home Depot.

I am being charged 16,000 for a remodel kitchen. The damages to my condo was a flooded lower level, paint ripped off wall. Holes in the end of my countertop. A mess under my sink. The worst flooring department in the state I bought a whole house carpet waited a week for the install crew after they show up they tell me I didn't have enough carpet so after the installers waited for home depot to make it right I got a call from Home Depot telling me it's my fault and they sent the installers away after a second look they found out it was their fault and apologized and they told me if you like we can make A different appointment but this is after I took a day off and many hours of moving furniture so me a... read more

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Delivery issues, missing pieces, damaged appliance. 2 weeks later no resolution despite calling them daily. 2 out of 10 customer service staff were helpful. We have little kids and no clothes Dryer. This has been the biggest nightmare.
Purchased freezer on-line. Freezer damaged on arrival. No dent on outside of carton, but huge metal crease and fold on right front and side with smaller dents on left front and side. Took 3 attempts by phone to arrange pick up and return of freezer to company. 3 days off work and numerous phone calls to UPS, the carrier that Home Depot uses, to get them to pick up item. I am extremely disappointed with the Home Depot Protection Plan we purchased along with our kitchen appliances. Our 3.5 yr old fridge stopped cooling and I called in on Wed. July 31st. The lady was super nice and said she couldn't get a hold of the service tech but would have an automatic call back for the next day. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered doors on July 16, 2019 totalling $3956.03. I was able to get 2 months interest free and I am appreciative.
