I had 2 doors installed by Home Depot and it took almost 1 year for a 1 day job. The installation was very poor. Asked that someone come look at the quality and they would not. Called the corporate office to ask that they look at pictures of quality of work so they could see what their installers are doing and they declined. Home Depot does not care about the quality of work they deliver. So Beware!!!! Never asked for anything other than someone look at the quality to know what their installers are delivering. DO NOT buy appliances from home depot they delivered damaged appliances for me at an apartement while i was in the hospital and refuse to replace them.

I am disappointed with Home Depot In Hialeah, Florida. They allow subpar contractors to sell their services in their stores. I'm not sure how much*********** Services paid home Depot to let them advertise and sell A/C units in their stores but its terrible. I fell for the sales pitch and it has been a nightmare since day one with*********** Services. Shame on you Home Depot for not vetting these shady contractors and letting them sell in your stores as it reflects bad on your image.

I have ordered a 22' ladder for pickup in April.I couldnt get a pickup to pick it up and I remember receiving emails saying that it will be cancelled if I dont pickup within certain time.I let it pass *** forgot about it. Today I wanted to buy the ladder and looked at my order history to see how much it was in the spring - The status says I picked it up.I was bamboozled.I didnt have a way of picking it up..checke my card statement and it was charged. Contracted Home Depot to reface kitchen cabinets and install a new counter top. Lead time projected the job to take 3-5 days. We are currently on day 22 and still no end in sight. 1st sub-contract team was very slow and seemed very inexperienced. The install manager has been helpful but like I said before DAY 22 after spending $20k I expect better. Home Depot, you just lost a loyal customer. I wish I could give zero stars.

As I write this review, I am so ****** at Home Depot. Store #2808 in Plymouth, MN. We have been messing around with our carpet order for a month now. We ordered in October. Paid extra to have our carpet ripped out so we could paint and clean. Rip out happened on 11.4.19 with installation to be on 11.8.19. Received a call on 11.7.19 from Crew Carpet Installers saying they cut my carpet wrong and would not be able to install on 11.8.19. I was at the Everett Home Depot this morning and experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The plumbing department there seem to take a twisted pride in not doing the job which I assume they were hired to do. I was totally ignored while trying to purchase a water dispenser and I even looked suspicious. Someone should have at least asked me why I was sitting on the counter tops for a half an hour loitering. I probably could have walked out with a stove of refrigerator. will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT AGAIN. I ALREADY HAD AN ACCT. BUT SALES WOMAN CONVINCED ME TO OPEN ANOTHER FOR DISCOUNT OF 25%. I CHARGED 200. I LIVE 6 MONTHS IN sEATTLE, 6 MONTHS IN KIHEI. As an owner of a Home Depot credit card we get offers in the mail from them. Recently I used a $15 credit off a purchase of $100 or more. The purchase was for $130 and when the credit offer was presented and scanned nothing happened to reduce the price to $115. The manager said it would be posted when the purchase posted to my account. IT DID NOT. Three phone calls later I'm told that it takes one to two billing cycles to post. This has to be BS.
