About ten weeks ago several appliances were delivered to the location of our new house (261 Rattlesnake Road, Ashcroft, BC). The appliances were not immediately installed because the flooring and tiling were still not completed and the kitchen cabinets had not yet been installed. The Home Depot advertised a 4-piece patio sectional set for one price (I thought either end of season or pre Black Friday) that was a great deal. They only shipped me one piece (patio table) with no warning. When I contacted them they said sorry it's sold out. They then try to refund my money or charge me more for the EXACT SAME sectional with one model number different. I ended up paying a little more for what I'm sure is the exact same sectional. The worst company to return appliances. Don't buy appliances in Home Depot, don't matter if it is defective, they simply don't accept appliances. Bad policy for an American Corporation.

Home Depot in Hilliard, OH. Ordered windows and was told the project would start in 3-4 weeks. Took almost 3 months until they showed up. Installation was sloppy, had to clean the windows and pick up shard plastic pieces, nails and screws from all over the grass, for fear my kids would run over them. The crew broke a plant, a wood vent cover and dinged several walls. They also dropped a window on the group and installed it broken (there was a hole in the wall, right). I went to Home Depot in Streetsboro Oh on 11/11/19. I wanted to buy a new kitchen faucet. There was nobody in the plumbing dept. to help me so I over to the appliance dept. The man in the appliance dept. said he would call someone but no one came. He tried to help but couldn't and walked away. I then went up to customer service and asked to speak to the manager she called but he never came. Finally a old man came to help me but he wasn't helpful either? Bought a faucet with no help on my own.

Horrible customer service! I was supposed to have a washer and dryer delivered today. I had the delivery scheduled between 1-5. They were supposed to call a half an hour beforehand. They called at 7:00 to let me know they weren't going to be able to make it. Thanks because we took the day off of work! I will NEVER again purchase anything from this store!

I bought two Westinghouse 2,500 generators through Home Depot. I received them not knowing that they were set up with sea level carburetor jets. I live at 5,000 ft elevation. After using them for 2 months I found out. The spark plugs were turning black, to much gas to the carburetor! So I had to buy and install high altitude jets my self! This should have never happen. Home Depot would not do anything about it!

I'm tryna ng to return couch I bought 5 days ago that the delivery men ruined while getting into my house tried to call owner was not there till next day then he told me he would come out and look at it. Monday I had it delivered Thursday. No it's Monday I told him I wanted to return couch cause I'm not starting off with a couch that is ruined. And he told me there is a sales final. No one told me this when I purchased these things. I'm unhappy since I paid 3500$
