Received several death threats by the cashiers yesterday at the lake Havasu store. All started when I said no to Homedepot CC. One said she has friends that would hunt me down, they new my car. I threatened to call police twice after the refused to give my Debit Card back. The manager followed me out to my car and yelled he hoped a car would strike and kill me.

YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT UNTIL HOME DEPOT GETS AROUND TO YOUR REFUND!!! I mean as a business, I am in the business of making my customers happy with the occasional Blip. Just Horrible customer Service. I ordered a product online shipped to my local store within 3-5 days. After more than a week passed I called them to located the item ans was directed back to online support. I called online support and was advised it had been delivered at the store 2 days after I ordered it, was provided the UPS tracking number, and in fact saw it was delivered. April of 2019 I ordered a front door. They send an installer to measure and order the correct size. Due to a special order it took longer than normal to receive it. On the day they were to install the installer verified measurements and found them to be WRONG. The door was picked up and a new one was ordered. Now we are into June. After having THE HOME DEPOT do a complete roof tear off & starting with new sheathing & roofing i also purchased a transferable warranty , about 2 or 3 days after the install the roof developed a leak which they fixed i guess, now about 2 or 3 years later it is showing signs of water damage under the eaves , I called & was told they no longer do roofs so they gave me the name of a company called JEN-PAC I believe , although after using google there are a few companies under that name I have been trying to get someone to give... read more
I ordered a window to have it installed by Home Depot out of Massachusetts. I made the down payment on October 9th. I was told that it would be 6-8 weeks for installation and that they installed windows all year long. I was scheduled for November 25 and they cancelled 10 minutes before the scheduled time they were to come with no explanation or apology. I have placed a special order with HD and it has been one of the worst experiences ever. Let me start off by saying that the ladies and one gentleman who worked appliances on November 21, 2019 are the worst, rude, lazy and stood their and talked with one another other, instead of working and helping customers. Home Depot, in Slidell, LA, hires SSA Logistix to handle the appliance deliveries. SSA Logistix's employees are untruthful employees and don't delivery the appliances when scheduled. Home Depot doesn't seem to be concerned, I'm just one customer of millions. Poor service, waited 2 weeks for an appliance only to not have it delivered and then asked if I wanted to wait another 2 weeks for delivery, what a joke. All employees had the same "I don't care attitude".
