We ordered and had a sliding glass door installed on the 11/30/19. The installer failed to let us know there was damage on the door and attempted to cover it up with caulk or sealant. I have emailed Home Depot customer care almost 10 days ago but have no response. I call the store to get a store manager but it just rings and eventually hangs up. Also the door was not checked when the store received for damage and there are no tags or stickers on the door that are supposed to be left on for the bldg permit and inspection. The... read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We purchased a full kitchen package, a washer and a dryer about 3 weeks ago. They were scheduled to be delivered yesterday, December 9th. My husband took the day off of work (on his birthday) to make sure he was home to receive these appliances. The guys showed up to deliver our appliances and seemed rushed from the moment they came in. I bought an LG fridge last year and a Home Depot 5 year warranty. I need to have the fridge fixed, so I went and called the warranty to come and fix it. I called on Weds 12/4 and filed a claim and made an appointment for Monday 12/9. The girl on the phone said it was set between the hours of 1 and 4. I called back in on Thurs 12/5 to provide the serial number of the fridge and to re-confirm my apt before I asked my boss to leave work early on that Monday. DO NOT ORDER AN APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT! We ordered a high-end Bosch dishwasher. Our delivery was rescheduled not one, not two but three times and without any phone call or notice. In addition, the installation team told me they COULD NOT install our dishwasher despite all the requirements being met according to the store and website and the pre-installation instructions. HD don't help the customer when they hire the contractor and the contractor makes a mistake. They don't follow up with information on job. I have to call the contractor myself and they never got back to me. I'm still waiting after almost 6months to rectify a problem

ALL Deliveries FAILED up to now. Purchased kitchen appliances at homedepot.com. On Nov 23, the stove and the dishwasher were scheduled to be delivered between XX:XX-XX:XX, but we waited until 19:00 and got only the stove. The whole dishwasher was MISSING (1st dishwasher failure). On Nov 30, washer and dryer, as well as the rescheduled missing dishwasher should arrive. I called this store ahead of time TO VERIFY THAT THE CHRISTMAS TREES WERE STILL ACCESSIBLE and was told by the associate that answered tho phone that the Christmas tree area was open until the store closed at 10:00 pm. My 4 children wanted to put up and decorate our tree tonight. I drove 20 min in the rain, and found the gates locked to the tree area and nobody out there. ï��On 11/17/19 myself and my husband went to the Home Depot (hereinafter "HD") located at 1100 S. Progress Ave., Meridian, ID XXXXX. We visit this location quite often and spend a generous amount of money there and online via cash, credit and on our HD card. We went on this day to purchase a clothes dryer as our dryer at the time recently died. I have used Home Depot (HD) as my "go-to" place for home items, tools, garden, pool, etc for over 30 years. Our home needed new carpeting and it was long overdue. We held off until our last pet was no longer with us (although sad to see her go). We had a good idea what we were looking for.
