Bought brand new appliances from the Home Depot in Duncan BC and paid hundreds to have them installed. Their installer called us later than we were told and then they tried to charge us an additional $670 dollars to install the appliances we already paid for (plus installation fees). We called the store and head office and nobody is returning our calls or cares to help us out. This will be the very last time we use Home Depot for anything at all! We were lied to plain and simple!

Home depot the worst bought a cheap toilet I got what I paid for JUNK, CALLED STORE ABOUT RETURNING IT. (NOT) SAYS MANAGER, I WAS GOING TO BUY A TOP OF THE LINE ONE,THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS, AND I'VE SPENT A BUNDLE THERE. NO MORE THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Received a dishwasher as a Christmas gift from my children and the color looked nothing like the picture so wouldn't match my other appliances. So took it in to Home Depot to exchange, and from the moment we came in they treated us very poorly, guy threw his hands in the air when we said we wanted to return it for different color , were told they couldn't do anything about it and we would have to call manufacturer . If I could give it a 0 I would. I will never use home depot again for big purchases. December 6th I had a design person help me design my kitchen for cabinets. Almost $3000 for Shaker Grey cabinets, I purchased that day. I was told they would arrive the 29th of December give or take.... Yes I understand the holiday... then I was told the 6th of January. Meanwhile Its showing they left Topeka Kansas on the 27th of December. Well they never showed up yesterday.. Called this morning again and they said "oh its comming in today"... read more

I had scheduled a delivery of a microwave for last Saturday and was given the window of 11:30 - 3:30. The delivery driver never showed and I contacted the customer service multiple times and they could not provide an update other than they were still trying to get the deliveries out and they were delayed. That was until 9PM when I received a call to reschedule. I rescheduled for the following Wednesday and they asked if I would prefer morning or afternoon and so with my wife being available in the afternoon I said afternoon.... read more

On 8 December 2019 we purchased an electric range plus parts from Home Depot in Knightdale, NC. Home Depot arranged delivery for 20 December 2019, between 17:00-20:00. The people delivering the electric range called at 20:00 on the 20th and said the delivery had been moved to 31 December 2019, (AFTER CHRISTMAS). We purchased a new washer and dryer to be delivered and installed. They delivered the set in the day if their choice. Because I couldn't make the water stop dripping they refused to install it. They did inbox and hook up hoses and then put it in my garage. We hooked it up ourselves only to have it flood our bathroom because it was internally damaged. I purchased 4 appliances and their delivery system is a storage unit which has no qualifications to hook up gas or water lines. They broke 2 of my appliances and I battled home depot for 3 months about it . I also found out on my receipt that I paid FULL PRICE and they were on sale. I was told that the price would adjust at the register and it never did. I called home depot back and they tell me it's too late. Its false advertising and I will never purchase anything from home depot again.

Already talked to at least 7 customer representatives through phone and chat. Received a washer and a dryer a few days ago. I told the delivery personnel there was a dent in the washer and they told me they added a note. I have called Home Depot multiple times to figure out a solution and one of the representatives from the text message chat told me they would call me with a delivery date for the replacement, but I never got this call.
