I ordered a Maytag dishwasher from HomeDepot.com on January 22. It was scheduled for January 28, and showed up with what looked like just aesthetic damage on the back of the machine, so I accepted it. Horrendous experience with dishwasher. It is Bosch model, which was bought on 1/25/2020, paid for installation and haul away of the old one. Delivered on 1/30, needing more parts for installation, team left. I went to home depot with their list. They gave me a date (2/5), when the next team was supposed to come. I would strongly recommend think before you do any purchase with home Depot. Their return policy sucks big time. If possible buy from Lowe's, they are customer friendly and are very helpful. I bought a shower head online, because of some problems and moving around we couldn't find it on time to return in 90 days. I wished i saw this reviews way before going buying at home depot unfortunately i had to learn by experience. I ordered a workbench which was cancelled by Home Depot, which is fine. However, it has been OVER TWO MONTHS and I still have not received my refund, though the cancellation email says I will receive it within 3-5 business days. On top of this, reordered the bench and it was then delivered TEN DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DATE so no one was there to receive it. I am incredibly unhappy. I have been out over $400 for over two months now.

I called the Customer Service today February 5th 2020 about my order at 10am EST time. The representative was rude and cold and no compassion what so ever. How is she able to talk like that to a value customer??? She talked to me as if though I was incompetent or dumb. I felt as though I was bullied in her ways. I am not a happy customer, right now. The female representative did not say her name at introduction. Is this how they treat ppl???? Another lost customer for sure.

American Standard Gelcoat 48 in. x 28 in. Right Hand Quick Drain Walk-In Whirlpool Tub in White Delivery up until the Install I have run into unethical consumer practices with this purchase. They send this very heavy tub with plastic feet to hold up the immense weight which is too much stress when moving it. I ordered a full home of new appliances (washer/dryer; kitchen app). 1. Our home is a third floor condo and requires a stacking washer dryer which I told them. The associate let my husband purchase a whirlpool washer and a samsung dryer, which I then had to cancel and go re-order because you can't stack those. 2.
