If you order online Home Depot will ship your order ups and when ups looses the package Home Depot will do nothing to help you resolve the problem terrible customer service will defiantly not be shopping with Home Depot again

Over Labor Day I purchased specific gallons of paint that were on sale via rebate. I did all the required paperwork and waited, giving them 3 months to get my rebate. I finally searched and found my rebate had been voided for some unknown reason. After at least 4 hours of waiting on 1-800 numbers and being transferred to other people in other countries I was finally informed that while I had purchased the specific brand and the specific type of paint for that brand, the COLOR I CHOSE WAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REBATE. Home Depot delivery practices are horrible....2 different 3rd party contractors to deliver and install a product plus 2 different 4 hr. timeblocks . Get ready to spend a whole sitting and waiting for a 15 minute install. This company sucks!

I think if you want something from Home Depot you better pickup yourself. They had what I wanted in stock and shipped it from 100 miles away by freight truck so delivery was delayed extra 1 week. Never order on line. NEVER

Returning items is one of the good services, selection of products as well , my main complains are for several Home Depot's namely Fort Lauderdale 4th ave, Hollywood , and several others where the employees are horrible, either the are too lazy to help a customer or they are rude towards customers, another thing is there are many employees that don't seem to know a bloody thing about any product being sold there, overall it's pretty annoying buying my stuff there, special the two stores mentioned above , I am not saying all ... read more

Credit cards are regularly stolen when used at Home Depot. We worked with our bank and purchased with an unused card on 4 occasions at the Home Depot on 1604 at Bandera Road in San Antonio. In all cases, within 3 days false charges were placed on the card to Amazon and other places. These cards were unused other than Home Depot. Home Depot was informed and refused to take any action. Today I found a charge on our 501(c)3 debit card used at Home Depot got the same result. Unused for over a month except one use at Home Depot. ... read more

I'm disappointed in Home Depot. I recently bought a high ticket item. The check out clerk talked me into applying for a Home Depot credit card, saying that I'd get a $50.00 credit on it as a discount for making my purchase that day. I agreed and got the card in the mail after applying. I used the card a month and a half later buying something for around 46.00. Then I received a bill in the mail for the 46.00. When I called about the mistake, the lady said that I had to use the card within 30 days for it to apply. No one ever... read more

This is regarding store#0469, in Mesa Arizona. If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered a customer sliding glass door through your store. We waited 6 WEEKS for the door. It was delivered DAMAGED! It had to be reordered, wait another 6 weeks! Then you mess up the delivery, had it coordinated for a specific date, I rearranged by schedule to be home during the massive window of time, only to find out at the last minute - you scheduled it wrong, then try to blame me saying "it wasn't confirmed" and have to push out the del... read more
