While the prices and quality of the products are good, I am very upset about finding out about a scam that Home Depot runs regarding rebates. A few times a year, Home Depot offers a rebate on paint in the form of a reward debit card. Beware because Home Depot allows the card to expire in a matter of months. I believe Home Depot are scam corporations.They gave me a rebate voucher for opening a new account on their credit card which said for a first time purchase on a new account was redeemable for $25 on 0-299, 50 on 299-999, and 100 on 1000+.I bought a new washing machine for 600+ and called them to see how to cash it in and they told me it would only $25. I bought a washer from Home Depot on 3/1/20. It was the floor model. I brought it home, hooked it up and started the test washes without anything in them. The top washer would not work. My Tenant and I are very frustrated and disappointed with the Home Depot delivery and installation of a dishwasher. I will never do appliance buying with Home Depot again!! I had bought a Fridge, Stove and Microwave from them back in June of 2019. Everything was delivered and the men who delivered were very helpful and nice. Nothing was damaged from delivery, but in Nov 2019 the fan in the stove had quit working and I had called Home Depot to get someone out to fix it. I think if you want something from Home Depot you better pickup yourself. They had what I wanted in stock and shipped it from 100 miles away by freight truck so delivery was delayed extra 1 week. Never order on line. NEVER
