It is pathetic HOME DEPOT working along with ********!! I had a small balance paid $75 instead if the minimum $28. I paid 2 days late as that's when I get the time to sit and pay all my bills. After 2 employees and 2 managers all crying that they can't take off the $28 late fee bc that's Citibank rules and regulations instead of HOME DEPOT taking ownership I chose to close our account of years. They are making money off us like that breaking a compliance regulation. I will look at any of my other open accounts with ******** ... read more

can't get a callback from installation mgr. This why I did not go to a contractor for window installation. Not very good service.

Ive bought tons of products from HomeDepot.com and I always seem to have issues with checkout and billing one way or another. I use the same information everytime and accurate billing address. Somehow they keep processing half my orders and cancelling the other half. Also, sometimes I can't even place the orders cause I get the billing error We're sorry. 1. For some time, I witnessed employees neglected by leaders in this store in general. Note: this is not an exaggeration but an in-depth observation. Leaders in this store are interested in their plans, not the store, customers, or employees. Unethical, everyone loses. I would give it zero stars if possible .... Just purchased a Kitchenaid Dishwasher from the local Home Depot. We paid up front $897, which included "delivery and installation". After waiting 10 days for the "delivery company" to arrive, some time between 2:00 and 6:00 pm, they showed up in a rental truck ( Penske ) put the new dishwasher in the garage... looked under the sink and said "we can't install it until you replace the connection". I saw that was working... but what could I do?? I said I would have it replace that ... read more

The appliances are a joke! The service plan is a bigger joke. Do not bother purchasing the extended warranty as they will not fix their faulty applicances.

The Home Depot does not stand by any of the appliances they distribute/sell. I bought a Z-line range, very expensive and my dream stove, the product is faulty. They had me deal directly with the manufacturer regarding the repair (under warranty, the product was faulty from the minute it was installed).... 3 months later the problem is not resolved, the Home Depot will facilitate the return but they do not want to be responsible for the uninstalling of the gas range.. which I paid already to have installed. HOME DEPOT IS BLOCKING BAD REVIEWS! They are blocking a negative review of a product that follows all of their posting guidelines. I bought Feit Electric LED G9 bulbs for 11 spots in the vanities of my bathrooms back in January. In less than 1 month 1 bulb was already out. A few weeks later 3 more went out. Then last week 1 of the remaining bulbs literally burst into flame, putting scorch marks on the light fixture. I had a licensed electrician come to my house and check everything.
